Refund:
Once a refund has been processed as a couple of business days before you get the money back in your bank. You will also receive an email from us when a refund has been made.
Return of product:

We will instruct you via email where to send your item to return.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items that cannot be returned:

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. When purchasing the wrong size, the customer must pay for the return shipping. If you want to change the size, please contact us via our contact form.
